Twitter Use During G-20 Leads To Arrest. The use of Twitter by protesters during the Group of 20 economic summit in Pittsburgh has led to the arrest of a self-described anarchist. Elliot Madison, 41, is accused of tweeting the location of police officers to protesters trying to evade them during the summit.
